About Me and the Show
Hi! I’m Luz Elena Blanco, born in the Salsa Dance Loving City of Cali, Colombia.
I am a Neuroscience Enthusiast and a Big Fan of Dance, Music and the Arts.
Backed by Neuroscientific Research my show creates awareness on how Dance, Music, and Arts contribute to Preventing the Brain from premature aging.
Throughout the month my episodes include guest Subject Matter Experts such as Neuroscientists, Behavioral Health Experts, Dance Scientists, Martial Artists, Musicians, and Singers who engage us with their knowledge and experience on how Dance, Music, and the Arts contribute to promoting brain health long-term.
Thanks to disciplines in the Arts, my guests and I also share stories related to emotional and behavioral transformations, adults and children experience by engaging in these disciplines!
I provide daily tips to spice up your outlook on life, an essential ingredient to helping you reduce the risks of unwanted premature brain aging long-term.
