About

Since I was I child I was attracted to dance movement, music and the arts and our potential to generate our own energy.

Hi, I’m Luz Elena Blanco (Lucy), originally from Cali, Colombia. It is a city known by Salsa dance lovers as the Salsa Dance-Loving Capital City that created its own Salsa dance moves. Colombia is a country of resilient yet joyful and very sociable people. In spite of its past, it is still a country of people who nurture their musical culture. Our sense of gratefulness is an engraved quality in our DNA We express feelings of being blessed and t is our custom to bless our neighbors, friends and family especially when we say “goodbye”. We use the term “Amen” confirming acceptance to positive goodwill wish placed upon us to declare “so be it”. Colombians naturally and without hesitation use Positive Affirmations to encourage, and inspire others to push forward and wish them good luck. We verbally express gratefulness by just being in the moment’s breathe of life. With faith we crave inner peace, amid rough world events happening around us. My city is well known for having great salsa singers and bands and fast-paced salsa dancers. It is a place tourist visit during Carnivals which happen in different areas of Colombia throughout the year including December Festivals and the Famous Salsa Festival in Cali from December 25th-December 30th. Music is our passion; it is our natural euphoria.

My mission is to help communities who can benefit from dance music like I have. Dance, Music and the Arts have influenced my life during grief and emotional hardship. I do not take any medication for anxiety, stress, or depression, nor do I take medications of any kind. Whatever medications I have ever taken has been as a solution to a temporary medical condition. Although I have suffered at one point or another, I never allow these emotional disorders to take over my life. The older I get, the more mental stamina I gain. Every opportunity I get, I help my family and friends tap into their ability to control their mind set and cope with their own anxiety, stress and depression.

I share with them how I overcome emotional challenges and how I self-analyze by asking better questions to find better solutions for myself. The science of motivation and its effects on the brain had intrigued me for many years. I delved into motivational seminars from Tony Robbins, and learned from the great masters such as Deepak Chopra, Wayne Dyer, and the great Influencer of Energy, the futurist Nikola Tesla. Back in the early 90’s. I consistently learned, applied motivational techniques during hardships in my own personal life.

I am a life-long learner, who believes we never stop learning and always benefit our brain health as we age and I strongly believe in our potential to open up to new challenges, embrace them and become stronger as we move away from our comfort zone to live to tell the story. I have grown to believe in the power we have to connect to our sense and sense of “self” away from the obsession of “selfie”. Energy is eternal and so is the frequency and vibration of music!

“If you wish to understand the universe, think of energy, frequency and vibration.Nikola Tesla.

“The quality of your life is in direct proportion to the amount of uncertainty you can comfortably live with” Tony Robbins.
